• Your Gift Certificate is valid one year from date of purchase. During that year, you may use the certificate towards any Cool Pet Boutique product.
• Every gift certificate is assigned an ID number. Don't lose this number! The ID number will be required when the gift certificate is redeemed. Even if the original gift certificate is lost, the system can confirm the validity of the certificate by its ID number.
• When you decide to use the gift certificate, you will be asked if you wish to apply a gift certificate during the check out process. Simply enter the ID number and the recipient's name, and the value of your certificate will be applied towards your total amount due.
• Gift certificates are non-transferable.
• Gift certificates are not refundable for cash. No cash refunds are applicable to purchases less than the value of the gift certificate.
• Certificates are redeemable one time only. No coupons or other discounts accepted at the time gift certificates are redeemed.
