Exchange And Return Policy 


To ensure that you and your pet are satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day guarantee under the following guidelines:

1. If you would like to exchange or return an item, please ship    the original and unused item, along with a copy of your email receipt or packing slip, to:

We are not responsible for items returned to any other address.

For your protection, we recommend you use U.S. Federal Express, UPS, or any other delivery service with delivery and tracking capabilities. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging or returning an item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We cannot accept returns COD. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be shipped back to the customer.

2. All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in saleable condition.

3. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt by e-mail.

4. we offer FREE shipping of the first exchange out to you, and a $5 handling fee will be applied per item.

5. Please read the item descriptions carefully before ordering. Some of our items are custom ordered or not otherwise eligible for returns/exchanges.

6. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable.

7. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

8. Personalized, self-designed ,engraved ,fragrant and aromatic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
