Shipping Information We charge a flat shipping rate of $5 for standard delivery of your order to the Continental United States and Canada. All orders over $50 are eligable for FREE standard shipping. Please note that delivery of your items may take 5 - 21 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, you can pay $15 to have your order rushed to you within 2-5 business days. You can expect most orders to be delivered to their destination within 14 business days from the shipment date. However, as most of our products are hand made and custom designed with our personal touch, there may be an unforseen delay in your shipment. If you have not received your order within 21 business days from the shipment date, please contact us for assistance: info@coolpetboutique.com Undeliverable packages are subject to an additional charge and may be reshipped at the customer's request.
