If your pet's measurements fall in between two sizes or if your pet is still a growing adolescent, we suggest ordering up to the next larger size.
 
General Measurement Guide:

Please use a flexible tape measure to ensure an accurate reading.
These guides are applicable to dogs and cats only. 

Neck – Measure the neck length at its widest point right above the shoulder, as you would for a collar.  To ensure a comfortable fit, please add one to two extra inches. 

Chest - Measure the chest at its widest point, usually right behind the front legs.  Add an inch for comfort. 

Body Length - Measure along the pet's backbone from the base of the head where the collar rests to the base of the tail.
When ordering an item requiring neck, chest and body length measurements, select the size that best encompasses all measurements.
